Hi,
n.com"), or
n.com" resolves to 1.2.3.4, but your server is connecting from 1.2.3.5)
the remote destination mailhost is complaining that the hostname your server is quoting in the HELO command either:
a) is invalid or incomplete (e.g: "HELO mylocalservername" instead of "HELO myinternethostname.mydomai
b) does not resolve to the source IP address that your server is coming from (e.g "ping myinternethostname.mydomai
sometimes it is easiest just to put your ISP mail server into the 'smart host' setting for IIS smtp server - note, though, that your ISP may not like you to do that - or they may not care.
Cheers.
