application pool problem with the IIS7

Hi,

We were getting following Problem on the window 2008 64 bit.

The 'microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine.

So we have changed the application mode to 32 bit in the application pool but after that we are getting following error.

A process serving application pool 'xxxxxxxx' suffered a fatal communication error with the Windows Process Activation Service. The process id was '7624'. The data field contains the error number.

Can you please update the exact cause of it.
