When I moved from development to testing, the emails to not get sent. Instead they are dumped in the Drop folder under mailroot. Any idea why this is happening and how to fix it? The development box is Windows Server 2000 and IIS and the test box is Windows Server 2003 and IIS. Any help is appreciated.
