iis visual studio 2008 attach to process

i am used to running visual studio from the debugger instance of iis.  In this project I need to attach to the iis running on my xp machine.

I have the attach to process window open and my site is running.

Which process is it?

debugger instance of IIS?  what is that?  If your talking about the asp.net development server then the process will be called
webdev.webserver.exe

You can attach to this but it's easier just to use the "debug/start debugging" menu item which will automatically start the web server and attach to it.

If you are actually connecting to a site setup in IIS, then I beleive that is aspnet_wp.exe on windows xp machines.
