Link 1 does not hit on the specifics I need, but it does kinda infer you can have multiple IP's (not confirmed, which I need).
the other 2 links won't apply.
For example, here are instructions outlining how to do this for a single site with 1 IP:

If you look at the step with the IP Address(es) screen, you can enter an IP, subnet, and domain to cluster. I don't have a box to test this on... but will I need to create a NLB cluster for each site, and assign all the IP's on the same NIC?
