Interesting try... but no luck. I changed the 401 page to point to my Login.aspx file. Then I set the Login.aspx to have "Everyone" permission. I did an iisreset but the site now takes me to a 403 page. So then I changed the 403 page to my Login.aspx page but still takes me to the 403 page. It just doesn't like it. Any other ideas on how to handle this?
