RWW is just remote web workplace. It's only one small part. On SBS you might also want to start up the CEICW and reconfigure all your web services through that,

This article has it step by step and screen by screen. Obviously when you come to reconfiguring the email part just hit the radio button to "Do not make Internet Email Changes". You will notice on the 14 screenshot is where you can pick and choose which web services to enable and disable. The process itself is much shorter than this, the author is just showing you every possible screen from every possible check box choice. You may see as little as half dozen screens.

Simply uninstall RWW by using the SBS installer through add/remove programs.
If you disable all web services, you will affect Outlook anywhere and OWA.
