Well that is just a screenshot on my setting on my PC, the group policy should reflect the changes but its not.

Hi,
looks to me like you have set the proxy server details in the group policy, but you didn't enable the 'manual proxy' value.
incidentally, I understand that firefox ADM is now deprecated in favour of 'ADMXPI' version for firefox.
also,... why did you post this to the IIS area? You might get better responses from windows server topic area or something like that.
