Error in binding (Internationalized Domain Name) in IIS7 website

I am trying to binding (Internationalized Domain Name) like this (xn--ngbrx4e.com) , but I got error message when I try to start the website

and when I go to Event log to investigate the issue , the following event is registered for that error

The World Wide Web Publishing Service (WWW Service) did not register the URL prefix http://xn--ngbrx4e.com:80:192.168.1.5/ for site 26. The URL may be invalid. The site has been disabled. The data field contains the error number.


so how can I solve this problem , since it's working without any problem in Windows Server 2003 & IIS6


Godaddy can register that type of domain names
http://www.godaddy.com/domains/searchidn.aspx?ci=10645

You need to enter it in unicode - IIS/http.sys will convert it to idn for accepting on the wire.
