make sure your security settings allow for activex content<br />

in browser go to internet options&gt;security&gt;Custom settings and make sure activex components are enabled...this is in IE<br />
<br />
seen it happen for word...may be a solution...maybe not...god luck<br />

i don know if it related i have a problem when i tray to use SAXFile 
and i have problem 

all work o.k in my old computer i have the problems in a new computer - i think it is  permissions problems
