Admin_Utility403 error '800a01ad' ActiveX component can't create object /include/Administrator_Include.asp, line 24

Hi,

I am getting the error as mentioned in title, recently while calling the component in ASP.

Component was created in VB6.

Server is having IIS 6.0 and OS is window server 2003.

Please advise.

My component is dependent on Excel which was missing.

So once I recovered Excel, my component was working.
