i have OWA setup with SSL and I can connect correctly by typing
https://mymailserver.com/exchange from XP machines but not from VISTA laptops! on the same VISTA laptops if I try accessing the site without SSL(
http://mymailserver.com/exchange) it works fine but obviously you don't want to use OWA without SSL. This is the same regardless of how and where the VISTA clients connect to the internet.
I have confirmed that all of the SSL options are checked in internet options ->advanced tab
This only happens using IE7 on VISTA. If I use FireFox on the VISTA clients, it works! so obviously the problem has to be with Internet Explorer. From the VISTA clients, SSL works on other sites except for one other SSL site which I do not have control of, but again the same site works on the XP clients perfectly fine. SO i am at a loss.
