Making FTP support on web server >

i have a small webserver which doesn't support FTP upload now, so when ever any change has to be made on site contenet i have to directly copy files on server computer, i want to make this server FTP supportable so that i can make changes from other place also,
How can i make FTP support on this server, It currenthy has apache server, and mysql database, and runs on REDHAT LINUX 7, i have to install any programs ??
by making these changes will it affect on the stie currently it hosting
any body please help >>

Yer, you need to download and install an FTP server.

Check out here: http://www.sofotex.com/download/FTP_Software/Ftp_Servers/

Or, search www.apache.org for an FTP server -- they should have one ^_^

as DrWarezz said, you will have to install a FTP server, you should check your RPMs first, there is a chance that there is an install package for a FTP server.

You should also consider updating your server to a newer red hat version (like 9.x) or even fedora core.

Either way, unless you upgrade the whole os - the installation of a FTP server wont interfere with your current site.
