DCOM error Event ID 10016

I am getting DCOM errors every 5 minutes with the following error message:It appears the error is in IIS, that's why I posted here. If it is not, let me know and I'll post in OS section.

Error: DCOM Event IS 10016

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{6376B42B-4F1C-11D5-8CA9-E6E4B0453330}
 to the user MCOL6B\IUSR_MCOL6B SID (S-1-5-21-1000164821-1436205007-2007182233-1003).  This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.


In clicking on the Microsoft link and followed the directions in the Component Services Admin tool, but I was stumped in Para 6 by the "friendly name" reference. I have no way to know what the friendly name is.

Help would be appreciated.
