Suggestion for Internet monitor or filter

I am looking for an internet monitor/filter that is compatible with both Thin Clients and PCs.  I would like for it to monitor using Active Directory.  Really basic just need to be able to pull reports on certain individuals from time to time and set up groups for certain users denying access to only work related sites.  Any suggestions are appreciated.
