IIS Gives Bad Request (Invalid Hostname) to all external connections. Localhost connection to server works.

Hi All,

We're currently attempting to launch a new website but have stumbled across quite a huge block.

When we try and access the new website from another LAN pc or from the WAN, we get this error: "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)" but if we try and access it from the machine it is hosted on its self it will work fine. The default website works internally and externally of the web server as this redirects to an existing website.

The website has been assigned an IP address as the machine will be hosting multiple websites and is currently on a non-standard port of 8000.

Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated!

Thanks,
