Web Site Issues - Not connecting

I am running a web site and it's currently down.  I have it registered at godaddy then do a re-direct to the host.  I have a open port in the fire wall to handle that incoming traffic.  I have called my ISP and godaddy and both say it's not thier fault (which could be right).  Don't know how to troubleshoot next.
