By pass proxy server
I have a local site which need to by pass the proxy server instead of adding it manually in every computer I add it as a policy using Internet explorer maintenance
I enabled the proxy settings use proxy and add the line do not use proxy seeting for local server but it is not working
I refreshed the policy, restard the server but it is not working
what can be the problem

I've experienced problems myself with the do not use proxy for local addresses issue. It just seems to be one of those things in IE that doesn't work.
Have you got an ISA server running as the proxy? Because it could be configured in there, alternatively you could create a script which changes the proxy settings in the registry when a user logons, I have used this method in the past.
