warturtle,
We found out that this is an ASP issue, we have a ticket open with Cisco TAC they are looking over the application and IIS logs. I will post what we find.
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsWe've noticed now that our Corporate Directory button on the IP Phones brings up an HTTP 500 Error every morning, along with that, the CCMAdmin Pages do not load with the same page not found error!? That is until we open VNC to the IP Address, type in the password. Without!!! Even loggin into the server, just having VNC open to the login page, the Admin page and Directory service starts working again??? This sounds like an ASP issue, since other HTML pages open just fine. But what is it about VNC that gets the ASP pages to start working again, we've also noticed in the Event viewer Application Log shows the Active Server Pages service starts when we use VNC... then the rest of the day Active server Pages stops and starts again as people use their directory button on the phone?
HELP!!! I have a ticket open with Cisco Tac, but they cant find anything...?

Hmm... open Internet Explorer -> Tools-> Options-> Advanced Internet Options-> disable 'Show friendly HTTP error messages'. Restart IE and try to see the webpage again, what does it say now?
