After I reset IIS it works normally for another day or 2. Anyone have any thoughts as to why this is occuring? I am running Active State 5.6 on a windows 2000 advanced server running all the latest updates. Perldesk version is 4.22.

The error message is telling you that it can't find the Log::Log4perl::Config::Bas eConfigura tor module. Install the module and see if that fixes the problem.
I've never used Perldesk, but the most likely reason it works for a couple days before giving this error is that the module is probably being loaded with a require statement (which happens at runtime) and that require statement only executes after some sort of conditions are met.
