Have I done something wrong? I pointed the name servers at domain.ca to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com Saturday morning. The domain is jessicagroeneveld.ca
I uploaded index.html to the server at Bluehost on Saturday as well. I can see the site at the IP address, http://66.147.244.163/~jes
Now, I'm copying and pasting the domain name from domain.ca: jessicagroeneveld.ca and copying and pasting the domain name at Bluehost.com: jessicagroeneveld.ca
There is no difference, right? Can anyone else see the site at http://jessicagroeneveld.c

You should wait again for propagating.
If you want to be sure, change your dns client setting to use 66.147.244.163 and got to : http://jessicagroeneveld.c

Thanks- Bluehost checked everything at their end, and it's just a matter of propagation. However, I don't know why noone at all can see it, not friends in Canada, not people in Phoenix, not me in Mexico- surely someone should be able to see it by now.

it can take 24 to 72 hours . some time its propagate quickly , some times not. so its better to wait 72 hours..
when i did dns check. its not recognised by root server .ca . so that means its not propagate yet.
here DNS setting to client end is nothing to do with this propagate of name server.
go to checkdns.co.uk or any dns check site, and type your domain name it will tel you the problem

Change only DNS Settings.

Ok
Dns reports showes that you have changed it to
ns1.bluehost.com
ns2.bluehost.com
but I dont think bluehost created A record for your domain.
speak with bluehost and ask them abt the problem
