What I want to do is set a test website without having to configure a domain name. Is it possible to use the IP address of a current site and just change the port?

If this is possible could you provide instructions on how to setup this site as I am an IIS novice?

IIS 6 Create a Website based on IP and Port

A web server refers to the software that helps to deliver web content that can be accessed either through the Internet or through an intranet.
