Done, but with errors

Hi folks,

Some of the user need to access a website that has a java menu. A couple can access it just fine but the other cannot. I've been trying to have the same settings for these computers. I installed java client, give them full access through the firewall, did the same internet explorer settings in security and advanced. No luck!
Here is the error message:
