Need assistance  in trouble shooting / identifitying backup errors concerning Backups on a 2003 Server, with Veritas Backup Exec

Asked by walcycarroll in Backup Exec, Windows 2003 Server

Currently I am assisting in troubleshooting a Server running windows 2003, with Veritas Backup Exec version 10.0.5.20.0. I am still in the process of getting more information but this is all I have at the moment.

The tape drive from what I can see is a Compaq 3 AIT 100. With the firmware 7.0D, drive type AIT 64K.

To give some past history on the trouble shooting that has already been done:
Known good tape drives hot swappable drives will not perform backups in this server which happens to be a Domain Controller.

From the application event logs the id's shown are 34113,33152,58053,34114,58061.

I will post the event error messages in the following order.
