unable to restore individual mail box

When we backup the Microsoft Exchange Server, we are backing up the Information Store. We are in need to restore the information lost from one particular mailbox. I hope it is not too late, but I think that in order to restore one particular mailbox. I was supposed to backup the individual mailboxes and not the whole store. Is there a way to restore a particular mailbox from the Information Store backup? Start Free Trial
