Brightstor r11.5 sp3.
I keep getting an error on opening Brightstor Manager... full shutdown of the server will help (not all the time...), but I need a more solid solution. When it opens, an error window pops up stating "Server (server name) failed to authenticate to user caroot (EC=-1)". Entering the caroot password doesn't work... admin pswd doesn't work... it is really strange. Re-install will help, but the error comes back. Anyone have any ideas on this one?
