How does the Acronis Universal Restore works?

I would like to know how does the Universal Restore with Acronis Enterprise Server works.? How can you restore a backup to a different computer etc. WHat do you need to do? How does the process looks? I am an IT pro and have experience with the software but just not with the Universal Restore option. Could you provide me with as much details as posible. THanks.
