Full backup getting stuck at snapshot processing

Just this weekend this has happened, that my full backup is stuck at Snapshot Processing, any ideas how to resolve that?

I'm using Backup Exec 10d SP3 on Windows 2000 Server SP4, fully updated.  Everything was working fine, nothing has changed.
