Backup Exec Error: Job status :  Ready; no idle devices are available

i have Symantec Backup Exec running on my Windows Server 2003 which i need to remotely manage. these two days, i got

'ready; no idle devices are available' error message in the Job status column.

i read some solution about changing SCSI ID, but i don't know how to change this ID?
