LTO4 drive path going down on NetBackup Server

We have a NetBackup 6.5.1A server, sharing a robotic library having 4 LTO4 tape drives with 2 other media servers. All of a sudden the master server can only see now 3 drives, while all four of them are still visible to the other 2 media servers.
The drive path is going down for one drive only on the master server. We've tried everything, from restarting the master server, to restarting the robotic library. All 4 drives are Ok, but only one path is down to the master server. What do you recommend we troubleshoot next?
