Winzip errors and missing .chm file

I have Winzip 11.1 installed on my laptop. Yesterday I purchased Winzip 11.2 online. I tried to remove 11.1 and got the message that winzip.chm was missing so could not remove. tried to install Winzip 11.2 and the same message came up along with a few error messages-1402 HKEY-LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\WinZip\Default.com -could not open key verify sufficient access o that key, or contact support personell.  UNKNOWN\.WZMUL\shell\open\command Also error 1316 network error occured while attempting to read from the file. How do I provide verification of key? I will mention that winzip 11.1 when I purchased it as single user I figured it was registered to myself only but I could put it on my PC and laptop computers-guess not?  Thankyou Patti Pss my OP system is Vista Home Premium-yukStart Free Trial
