BCCode 100000d0 BSOD

Hello,

I have 3 computers getting a BSOD. I think if I can resolve one of them, I can resolve them all. Let's start with the first one:

BCCode 100000d0 in Event Viewer it says ID 1003 with the same details as the error at the start of this sentence. As far as I know there were no new drivers installed or updated, nor hardware added. I have 1 dump file here: http://angnetworking.com/Mini0716007-01.dmp which I hope someone could analyze for me and determine the culprit(s).

I may be able to post more dump files if needed.

Thank you!

That link is not working, but I suspect a problem with Norton. Can you disable or uninstall Norton on one of the failing PC's as a test?

Sorry, I put an extra 0 in the name. It should be: http://angnetworking.com/Mini071607-01.dmp

Hopefully that'll help you out more.

I will try to disable Norton as a test and see if it continues to spontaneously and randomly reboot.

Also, based on some of the other topics with similar questions, I do not believe it to be a memory issue, but again I could always be wrong.
A complete Norton uninstall is even better, assuming you have the means to reinstall it. Have to run now but will get back later. Thanks.
Sorry, Norton isn't installed on the machine in question, so that is not the culprit. Are you able to analyze the dump file for any information?

Anyone else?

Thanks for the replies thus far.
I'm still not able to download that file. Is that site having a problem?

Yeah, site looks down...
Try posting it to http://www.ee-stuff.com, as a .zip file...
Norton isn't installed on the PC with the problem in question, so that's ruled out.

Also, yes, it appears my site is down. I think it's just badly cached though. In the meantime I did upload the dump file at the link provided: https://filedb.experts-exchange.com/incoming/ee-stuff/4047-Minidump.zip

Thank you.

There is a later version of the file at the above link....

You can try simply renaming the driver from .sys to .old in c:\windows\system32\drivers, and see if the problem comes back....

Thats odd....
John6767,

Maybe you process the wrong dump.
Sorry, I was never able to properly resolve the issue but I do greatfully thank all of the experts for their comments and suggestions. They were very helpful.

You may indeed close the issue.
Please take care of that yourself. If none of the posts justify accepting any of those answers, then follow the instructions inside the Link I posted above.

Thanks,
rindi,

Did you try the suggestion by cpc2004 to remove the network drivers and install new ones?
