Strange temps!!

Hi! I received this result in Speedfan and I am a bit confused of these 81C which I see! Can you tell me what might be the problem? I will appreciate if you give me some link to "help" section or "how to use" manual of Speedfan cause I have no Idea of the temps shown there to which component they respond!
