I am asking this because what I would like to do is to use their media in a WinPE environment while mapped to a network share so that the results could be saved to that share. This would greatly help me in diagnosing remote systems. Our IT department has shrunk A LOT and the hardware technicians have been let go leaving the hardware issues to fall on the few of us that are left.
I have built a WinPE disk, downloaded and installed the dell diagnostic media into a separate directory on the winpe disk. The media fails to run every time because I assume it is only intended for a dos environment. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You could try adding it to an UBCD disk.

You could also look at UBCD4Win, but I think that would have the same issue as WinPE, but it can't hurt to look:
