I increased the threshold on the APC unit. It seems that the APC unit was shutting the server down, not the lack of voltage.

Getting Voltage errors in Evt Viewer on server, and on APC PowerChute
Hi All, I have a server running server 2003 and I am getting alerts from Power Chute saying extended overvoltage at least once a day. The server is shutting down every couple of days. Along with that, I have events in the event viewer that say the following:
The CPU Core voltage has reached the critical level.
The +3.3 voltage has reached the critical level.
The +5 voltage has reached the critical level.
The +1.5 voltage has reached the critical level.
The +12 voltage has reached the critical level.
These are from the Intel Server Manager and are event id 1
I was told that the electric was checked and that it was fine, but I can't be 100% sure of that.
Could this be a motherboard or PSU issue? Is there any way I can narrow it down?
