Missing Drivers on Dell Inspiron 531 downgraded to XP Pro

Hi, I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 531 that had Vista pre-installed.  I didn't care for Vista, plus I was having some hardware conflicts so I decided to downgrade to XP Pro.  After reformatting and installing XP Pro, I know have some missing drivers.  In the device manager it lists them as follows:

- Other PCI Bridge Device
- PCI Device
- SM Bus Controller
- Unknown Device

How can I determine which hardware these drivers are related to?  The only thing I had plugged into my PCI slot was an internal wireless network interface card.  I did download the correct drivers for it but it still wasn't working so I disconnected it entirely and removed it, but the same items are still appearing in the device manager.  

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
