Cannot find a couple of drivers for IBM THINKPAD R40

Hello,
I have just installed XP on my IBM THINKPAD R40 notebook. I found most of the drivers except the ethernet conroller and also this Stick usb wireless adapter that I have( Which looks like this one http://bargainhopping.com/cart/images/WiFi%20white%20Evertek.jpg)

will you please help me find them

IKZ thank you but this is the site that i got all my drivers from. but the ethernet was the one that didnot work for some reason.

The wireless adapter is made in china and retails now for 10.00 from evertek.  No support is provided therefor no driver is available online.  You need to have to original CD.  I suggest you cut your losses and buy a new, maybe brand name wireless adapter.  Or simply another one of these.  Sorry, and good luck.

Sorry I guess the Ethernet controller had many folders in it and all of them had SETUPS. so i tried the rest of them and now it works. Thank you
