Target pc means you install printer driver in win 2003?
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI have been receiving an error message while trying to install a network printer. The message reads:
"The Printer Driver cannot connect to the network print server....disable network features" Then the choice to OK or Ignore. The error seems to revolve around bi directional communications...but I am not sure of this.
The printer is a Datamax e430 residing on an XP machine. The target computer is a Windows 2003 file server.

I've seen similar issues with other DataMax printers.... try disabling the bi-directional support on the machine which has the printer physically attached to it.
