Install OpenNetCF RNDIS driver under Windows 7 or Vista

I have to install the OpenNetCF RNDIS driver under Windows 7 or Vista.
It starts installing, but it fails with "Code 10". I've tried on both OS.
How can I install it? Or at least, how can I debug the driver install to see where it fails?
