Can I increase the size of the Boot partition (C: Drive) with G-Parted

I have a situation where we have a Raid-5 array that was divided in a 12GB C: Drive partition and a 200GB D: Drive through windows.  The C: Drive is now nearly full so I wish to repartition so that I can take some of the capacity from the D: Drive and give it to the C: Drive

I used the G-Parted LiveCD disk and managed to shrink the D: Drive by 50GB but when I tried to Resize the C: Drive it wouldn't allow me to do this.

Can anyone tell me if this can be done and if so, how do I achive this ?
