Receive message stating "\windows\system32\l-intl.nls file is missing/corrupt. Press r to repair".  When I press r, the machine restarts and takes me back to same screen. Cannot get a DOS screen. It's a Dell with XP installed when purchased. I have OS reinstallation DVD and Drivers/Utilities XPS resource CD. None have worked when inserted. Somewhere I've read using a bootable CD, don't know how to create one, don't know if this is the answer.. .Don't want to lose valuable family pictures. Thanks so much in advance.Start Free Trial
