Is it possible to re-partition a pre-installed HP Storage Server without 3rd party software ?

Anybody out there familair with HP Storage Server DL380 that ships with Windows 2003 R2 x64 edition?  It is RAID5 and partition as C an D drive. I need to split D drive into D and E. Is this possible with HP utility or i got to get some 3rd party tools to do the repartioning?Start Free Trial
