running programme
hi...
i have just upgraded my OP to Window7 recently, and now trying to reinstall some programmes that i had before. anyway, all the programmes are runing ok apart from one of them that is for a device called (CoolRunner || Utility Window), when i try to run it fails and send a message to the screen as this "The program can't start because (jtsc.dll) is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
can anyone tell me what "jtsc.dll" is and posibily find me a solution
