Replacing drives in Perc 4/Di RAID 1 with bigger capacity drives without needing a reinstall

Hello,
I have two 36 GB drives in a RAID 1 configuration on a  Dell PowerEdge 2600 (Perc 4/Di is the RAID controller). I have Windows 2000 SBS running on it. The system partition is on the array. I am running out of space, so I am planning to replace the 36 GB drives with 146 GB drives.

I know I can rebuild the new drives in turn, but then the array would still be seeing/using only 36 GB of the 146 GB capacity correct? Now my question is, how can I "extend" the array to use all of the space on the 146 GB drives without needing to reinstall the system? And once I have the array showing 146 GB, what's the best way to extend the system partition?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
