This error comes up when i try to open Nero7 or 8, Creative Media suite 9 or 10, and when I try to open a picture from "MY Pictures."   I tried unistalling and re-installing but that didn't help.\

I have a E-machine model W6409.  I have 3 ghz processor, 1.5 ghz of RAM, 720 gb of hard drive.  It came with 128mb on board video card. I upgraded the sound card.

Is this error message from Windows or from the software vendor?

Have we checked what doc 5305 might be?

I ve enclosed a pic of the error message.  Ive changed the apperance of windows so the message looks funny.  But the error message comes from windows.

I ran chkdsk /r and that did not seem to help.  and I have no clue what doc 5305 is.   Is it refering to some memory or system file?

how did this solve the issue? How do you get rid of the error? I already knew the cause was nero.
Same Fatal Error here. Running Nero 7, Windows XP SP3.
To fix this problem run "Nero ProductSetup"
 ( START > Programs > Nero 7 > Nero ProductSetup )

Go to "INSTALLATION" but don't REMOVE (unistall), just re-install and everything will be fine !
