Rootkit removal tools needed

Greetings, I am looking for rootkit removal tools other than the standard ones ( F-Secures black light,             rootkit revealer and the like) any that seem to be exceptional, paid or free, just looking for tools, as my clients seem to be getting rootkited more and more often as the entire spyware/rootkit problem grows. Thanks a bunch in advance
