getting the slots to recognize loaded tapes

Tags: CA, ArcServe, 11.1, Empty Groups

When i Inventory the autoloader we have (VXA-2, 1x1U) tapes appear as blank media. When I go to mount every slot mounts, but the tapes configured in the groups do not appear in each group on the destination tab when I modify the job. What gives?
