Installshield Update Manager came with several tools on my system. When it runs, however, it only displays the top 1/4 of the screen, thereby making it impossible to determine what product it wants to update. I am running 32-bit Vista Ultimate-SP1 and am fully patched. IE is version 7.0.6001.18000. I have attached the HTML code that I get when I right click, View Source on the window.
I searched for a solution and found another user with the same problem, but there was no solution posted. http://www.microsoft.com/c

I have occasionally had that problem, but it isn't happening with this problem. I can move the window around with no problem, simply by grabbing the title bar as normally done. The problem is it isn't rendering the contents of the window.
However, a minute afte I posted the question, Update Manager updated itself and is currently working properly. I'll give it some time to see if it keeps working.

Every now and then I do have a window that starts out of view like this where you are unable to move it with the mouse. My solution is to right-click the program in the task bar and click move. After that you should be able to move the window with the arrow keys until you are able to fully see it.
