I have no direct access to the bios of my notebook sony vaio because the screen is broken and I can't see which kind of key I have to press. Do you know an alternative way to alter the bios settings ? Maybe some bios configuration tool which run from a cd rom or from a usb stick ?
My purpose is to turn off the primary screen and turn on the secondary.

Primary/Secondary screens are handled by the Operating System and set up in your user account profile.
Laptops have a function key which enables/disables external monitors, usually by pressing a combination of keys (function+one of the F keys with a monitor symbol).
Try to find that F key and press Function+F# a couple times.
If you tell us the model of the laptop we may be able to find the combination.
I can almost guarantee the BIOS will not have any setting like this, but you could still try soemthing like this:

Primary/Secondary screens are not configured on the BIOS.
Boot into Windows, right click the Desktop and select 'Properties', go to the 'Advanced' tab and set up your primary/secondary screen there.
You'll have a list of 2 displays, you need to do this:
1) Select your secondary screen and uncheck 'Extend to this screen'.
2) With your secondary screen selected, check 'Make this the primary screen'.
At this point, the current primary screen will go off and your secondary screen will turn primary.
However, if you still need to access the BIOS for whatever reason, try one of the following keys as soon as you boot the laptop:
F1, F2, F9, F10 or Del...
