Hello udaych007,
The two processes you wrote down are host(encapselation) processes for any service that is run on your system. As of such disabling some of the services will increase performance.
=> Open the Configuration screen
=> Goto System managemt
=> Click Services
Now, these are the services that are run trough the two applications. If you right click them and set their properties to disabled they will not run again when the computer is rebooted, thus lowering the system usage. However, windows services cant be disabled without losing some build in functionality of windows. External services most times have a dependant program to serve. Its a matter of reasing the descriptions and then deciding what you do, and what you dont need.
Kind regards,
~Irial
